I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering online and face to face therapy. I have a passion for helping people, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, empathic, time-limited and solution-focused. I am fully insured and have a clinical supervisor, as well as memberships with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
